We're offering special menu by Shef SOHAN AHULWALIA for 9th and 10th September as following:

 

9th September

 

Cold appetizer : Fresh burrata salad and Parma ham.

Hot appetizer: southern fried chicken with honey and mustard sauce.

Fish: Blackened swordfish with lemon butter.

Meat: Beef tagliata with fresh porcini mushrooms.

Jambalaya

Dessert: New Orleans bread pudding

Dessert: Semifreddo cassata

Coffee.

 

Price : Yen 11000 par person including tax & service.

All the listed wines bottles in the wine menù will be discounted of 30 %.

 

 

10th September

 

Cold appetizer: fresh marinated salmon tartare
Hot appetizer: Sausage ‘n chicken gumbo soup 
Fish: shrimps eutouffe
Meat : blackened steak
Risotto funghi porcini 
Dessert: banana fosters
Dessert: fresh fruit aspic

Price : Yen 11000!par person including tax and service.

Chef SOHAN AHLUWALIA used to have New Orleans cuisine in Azabujuban, Tokyo and now he relocated and has his restaurants in North Goa in India.  Serving a mixture of Cajun & Creole classics - blackened fish, etouffe, gumbo, crab cakes, jambalaya,, and now he will be back this September!
