Chef SOHAN AHLUWALIA used to have New Orleans cuisine in Azabujuban, Tokyo and now he relocated and has his restaurants in North Goa in India. Serving a mixture of Cajun & Creole classics - blackened fish, etouffe, gumbo, crab cakes, jambalaya,, and now he will be back this September!
